You are free to have readings with me as little or as often as you like. This service does not encourage dependence so please use your own discretion with this.
You are responsible for any additional call charges when using this service. Please check with your network provider before calling. You must be over 18 and the bill payer to use this service.
As per UK Law, this service is deemed to be for entertainment purposes only. This service is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial counsel. Please consult the relevant professionals.
As a service user, you agree I will not be held liable for any loss or damages as a result of actions taken based on information gained from a reading. You are fully responsible for your own choices and therefore agree to comply with these conditions and understand you are using an entertainment and therapeutic service.
I have a duty to uphold my professional ethics which means I will not answer questions or use my spiritual skills to breach the confidentiality of any third party such as giving you a reading which involves peeking into another persons relationship or private life in great detail. You may ask questions about another person within reason, however, be mindful the reading should be focused on you.
This website does not store any credit or debit card details. If you choose to purchase a reading over the phone instead of booking online or wish to extend the call at the end of your pre-paid time, you will need to present your card details. Your details will be entered into a fast and secure card machine which will process your payment then erase your banking details once payment has been made. This is for your data protection.
This service does not offer refunds for readings which have already taken place. If you book a reading then decide you no longer want a reading, you will be given a full refund minus a £7.50 admin fee for 20 minute readings, and a £12.50 admin fee for 30 minute readings to cover the cost of transaction fees.
If you have booked a reading and are unable to keep your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible. I will be happy to arrange a new appointment time for you.
